CBT
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
CBT is a structured, goal-oriented approach that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. Highly recommended for anxiety, OCD and other situations where negative thinking is present.
DBT
Elements of DBT are used such as mindfulness, emotion, regulation, effectve communication skills and distress tolerance.
Play
Play-Based Therapy
Play-based therapy implements various mindful activities to relate to children in a more fun and personal way. Colouring, drawing, games, activities and books make therapy more interactive and fun.
